Thank you for shopping at Gym Hun. We aim to deliver your items quickly and safely across the United Kingdom.

Free Shipping: We are delighted to offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders of £75 or over!

For orders under £75, our shipping rates are as follows:

Please note: Order processing is generally done on the same working day as the order but on busy times it can take 1- 2 business days before shipment. Deliveries are carried out by our trusted partners, including Royal Mail. We do not ship or deliver orders on bank holidays or Sundays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that the order has been fulfilled and is on it's way to you.

If you have not received your parcel within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@gymhun.com with your name and order number so we can investigate.

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and the damaged items. Contact our support team immediately at support@gymhun.com with a photo of the damage, and we will quickly arrange a replacement or refund for you.

We currently do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom.

We want you to love your pieces. If you need to make a return, we accept items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

• Return Shipping: Return postage is covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
• How to Start a Return: Simply email us at support@gymhun.com with your order number, and our team will send over the return address and instructions.
